October 2019, Chromtec was finally awarded with its research licence. Under the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations, Chromtec will be able to start researching on cannabis to prove high purity Cannabidiol (CBD) isolate and other cannabinoid products from cannabis biomass.
Chromtec will maintain and abide by all Cannabis Act and Regulations rules in order to conduct our research. Below, is a screenshot of the awarded Licence, rewarded to us by Health Canada.
Chromtec’s standard processing license is still in pending status. Chromtec still foresees to receive the standard processing license in Q2/Q3 2020, after its major construction / renovation for phase 1 stage is completed in January of 2020.
