Signing Ceremony at Town of Vegreville

Chromtec has formally secured its first CBD processing facility today in Vegreville. The building is at 6620 Highway 16A, also formerly known as the TransCanada Building, with over 28,800 sq ft area of structure and about 6 acres of land for future expansion.

The signing ceremony was hold by the mayor Tim MacPhee at the Town Administration building, during its regular council meeting time. Member of the town councils, Eric Cong, CEO of Chromtec Group and a few company’s executives, Dr. Jan Slaski, Principle Researcher, Plant Sciences and Byron James, Supervisor, Research Farm and Pilot Facilities from InnoTech Alberta were invited to the Ceremony.

Mayor Tim started the ceremony and welcomed Chromtec as the new entrant to the hemp industry. Eric was also invited to speak for the company’s plan. Dr Jan Slaski, then spoke on the support and collaborations between Chromtec and InnoTech Alberta to work together for hemp research and development start in the nearly future.
